IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT NAMES : ALL NAMES THAT ARE SHOWN IN PASSPORT MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE ONLINE FORM FROM THE 07 DECEMBER 2010 PHOTOS NOW HAVE TO BE 2 X 2 INCHES THIS IS A NEW REQUIREMENT THAT MUST BE ADHERED TO AS YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED OTHERWISE. Please finalize your travel arrangements only after you obtain an appropriate visa. All the applicants are requested to sign the declaration and submit the same along with the Visa Application Form. Please Click here to Download/Print the Declaration. IVORY COAST EMBASSY CHECKED / UPDATED 06/05/12 @ 11:00AM The Ivory Coast Embassy now requires applicants to apply in person. We are unable to lodge for any applicant but we do offer a collection service. JAPAN EMBASSY CHECKED / UPDATED 06/05/12 @ 11:00AM Please note that for applications from N.I.S Nationals (As Listed Below), the Visa application MUST be submitted in duplicate. Photo copies will not be accepted and identical passport photos must be attached with both forms. N.I.S Countries : Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kasakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan LIBYAN EMBASSY Personal Application Only from 1st December 2008 CHECKED / UPDATED 06/05/12 @ 11:00AM From 1st December 2008, the Libyan Embassy will require that all visa applicants have a set of fingerprints taken at the Libyan Embassy. As result, all those making applications from this date will only be able to submit their applications by attending the Embassy in person. No agencies or other 3rd parties will be permitted to do so on their behalf. Therefore, unfortunately, we regret that we will no longer be able to process Libyan Visa Applications on your behalf. Russian Visa Application Form CHECKED / UPDATED 06/05/12 @ 11:00AM RUSSIAN VISA CENTRE - LINK As of Friday 01st July 2011, The Russian Consulate in London has issued a new Visa Application Form. This new form must be used for all Visa Applications with immediate effect. The only exception to this new requirement are for applicants who hold US or Georgian Passports. US or Georgian Passport holders must use the associated form instead of the normal one. SAUDI ARABIA Authorisation Requirements CHECKED / UPDATED 06/05/12 @ 11:00AM Applicants must now sign a copy of a declaration, accepting entry requirements to the country A Copy of this Declaration can be downloaded here. Declaration Form - Link Applicants are requested to print their name, sign and date both the Arabic and English declarations on the form. Photocopied signatures will be accepted. The Saudi Embassy has given notice of new requirements for all Saudi Visa Applications. From now on, every application will require an Authorisation Number from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Local Chamber of Commerce. Letters any other organisation will no longer be accepted, even if they have been stamped by a Governmental Approved Body. Travel to USA Mandatory use of ESTA for Visa Waiver Program CHECKED / UPDATED 06/05/12 @ 11:00AM All Passengers travelling to the USA on or after 12th January 2009 on the Visa Waiver Program must obtain an Electronic System for Travel Authorization ("ESTA") before they travel. It is highly recommended that you submit your details to the ESTA system at least 72 hours before travelling to allow time for your application to be processed. Once issued, an ESTA is valid for travel for 2 years, or the expiry of the passport specified, whichever happens first. Each ESTA issued is only valid for the Passport specified. If you hold dual nationality or multiple passports you must therefore obtain a separate ESTA for each passport that you plan to use for travel to the USA.
